Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy is real simple:

  • ALL MERCHANDISE SHIPS FOR FREE. ALWAYS! (Third River Coffee Co. branded gear.

The price you see is the price you pay.

Note: Some of the Coffee Equipment in the store is fulfilled by Amazon.com. There may be shipping on certain items.

    All coffee orders are roasted, packaged, and shipped after you place your order. This helps us get you your extraordinary coffee at its peak of freshness.

    Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. USPS/UPS delivery times can vary.

    Your order confirmation email will have tracking information and you will get email updates as your coffee makes its way to your cup.

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Returns Policy

    In the event that there is any problem with your coffee order, we will never ask you to return anything. We will have to dispose of the product. This is a waste of shipping and time on both of our parts.
